Hi everybody, my problem is that a user of mine cant change his email in his profile. I try to do it, being the administrator, but it says profile updated but when you try to send the mail is the same he always had...what can i do?
when changing your email it normally sends a validation email which you then have to click a link in in order to prove the address is valid, if you don't do the validatoion then the address does not get changed. Ask your user to check the spam folders for the validation email
