Something strange started happening with my forum today. If you are on the default.asp page and click one of the little arrows that take you to the last post of a topic, it suddenly adds a section to the URL (shown below in yellow) and then redirects you back to the top. I have no idea why this is happening. I have not added any code recently. You can check it out for yourself if you want at www.mangionemagic.com/forum. Any ideas?
I tried it in Firefox and in IE8, I don't get that problem on your forums.
Does it only happen when logged in? Does it only happen to you or to other members? Have you tried a different browser and see if the same thing happens?
If it is only you, then might be an addon doing it. To disable addons in IE7 and IE8: * Go to Start > Run * Type iexplore -extoff * Press Enter
To enable them again just close IE and start it again.
Of course now after I posted here about needing help it seems to have stopped! Now it seems to not be doing it. Do you know what could have been causing it?
