I am extremely new (again)
Please view my problem here, or read my extremely long explanation below. My Author column is very wide and my Topic column is very small.

Over the past several days I added some mods to my forum and am pretty sure I messed up the installations, anyway, I have just downloaded a new copy of Snitz Forums, did a clean install and viewed a topic I had added. My Author column is very wide and my Topic column is very small. I have done no adjustments to the admin at all.

I'm lost as to what the problem is. I am viewing this with IE8 on one computer and IE6 on another with the same results.

under Admin Options, look at "Font/Table Color Code Configuration" then at the bottom of that table check the following values

Table Size Configuration
Topic Left Column Width: 100
Topic NOWRAP Left: On:
Topic Right Column Width: 100%
Topic NOWRAP Right: Off:
