When try to open 'Activity Monitor' in the 'Management' folder,
I get " MS SQL Server Error 297".


Unable to execute requested command.

is this on a hosted server or one of your own machines?

hi,

I am using my laptop and MS Studio Express, as a client, to log into DBase server.

The DBase server is of the host company

then the error is telling you the exact problem, you do not have permission to do what you are trying to do, almost certainly because you are accessing the server remotely.
