Hi Carefree,
I managed to install the mod without the ReadMe file as the changes were clear in the two files. But, the problem I have is that the code doesn't show in the form. Can you help?

If the code is showing blank spots, make sure you copied the images to your default forum images folder (not the forum root).

Yes showing blank spots and the images are in the images folder.

Right-click one of the image blank spots and get properties, see where it thinks the images are.
