I need help accessing and changing our super admin account permissions. Our old super admin is being uncooperative about giving up the account password. Thank you most kindly for your help!
do not delete your post or change the title to "Problem solved (nm)" as now nobody knows what it was about and if someone had the same issue, then they will have to go through the whole thing and wait instead of saying "that is the same issue I am having and that's how you fix it".
Sorry for any inconvenience, I was worried about the potentially litigious nature of the situation. I'll fix the original post. Thanks again for your help, truly.
