Working for me here as well. Tried another browser?

Also, might be a router between your ISP and SnitzBitz servers, that is down.
Can do a tracert on www.snitzbitz.com and see where the connection is dropping.

I can not find the server snitzbitz ...do not understand why
I tried to do tracert www.snitzbitz.com
response is: impossible resolve host
Can you suggest something please?

sounds like you have a DNS issue somewhere, you should maybe contact your ISP and ask them, it is not something we can help with I'm afraid.
