Have you read the readme.txt file?

You can use the database that is in the .zip file you downloaded. Just follow the directions in the readme.txt file on how to edit the config.asp file and where to put the snitz_forums_2000.mdb file.

and I uploaded database to

the execute permission needs to be set on the directory the .asp files are in. The directory the database is in needs to have read/write permissions set on it...

Sounds like your server doesn't support ASP. If your webserver is using a Unix server, you can't run the forum on it because Unix doesn't support ASP without using an external software called ChiliASP.
