This occurred after I upgraded to the version 3.4.07.

I am one of the Forum admins (level 3 in the database), and I can access every other part of the administrative tools section.

What should I look at first?

I co-administer the forum with my brother; he was set as the superuser. I just had to switch it for the moment.
