Hahahah! DNS hosting and the actual web server are two different things.
I pay $100 a month for my virtual dedicated IIS server, I have Remote Desktop and everything to it, but all my domain names are with GoDaddy.com for cheap and I can forward them to whatever I want and show any name I want in the address bar.
Just set the address to your hard IP, like 123.45.67.890/the directory/the page.asp for stubborn pages.
