We are looking for a way for our employees and distributors to post their sales success stories for colleagues to review. We want some ability to moderate the contributions. Additionally, we would want to control who could see the posts or in other words we would want the entire forum to be password protected to prevent the competition or search engines from stumbling upon it. Is this is possible?
Yes, both are possible. Moderation can be set up on a "per forum" basis and you can also set up the entire forum to require registration. If you set up a test forum for yourself you can have a proper look at all the features and play around with them to see if they suit your needs properly.
