I'm trying to encapsulate the message board inside of my navigational bar on the left. The problem I'm having is that there is a 15 pixel gap on the left and top of the table/nav graphic. I have the code the way it is supposed to be right after the body tag on inc_top and then I close the table in inc_footer. Nothing seems to work getting rid of the gap. Everything else works and looks fine.
