We operate Version 3.4.06 of the Forum and have a membership of around 5,000 active participants. Occasionally, the Forum fails to deliver emails sent from one member to another and returns an undeliverable email response. We have been unable to resolve the issue and have previously advised the member to use an alternative email address. The latest member email that the Forum refuses to send emails to contains a number of hyphens, example: xxxx@xxxx-x-xxxxxxx.co.uk, the email is a valid email and accepts emails, just not via the Forum.
Any assistance would be greatly received.
