yes it is intended, just because you delete a post doesn't mean that the person didn't post it.
The count is the number of posts a person has made, not the number of live posts made by that person.
if you have people that just post and then delete to increase their post counts, just edit their profile and deduct a very large number from their count (an admin can do that) they will soon stop
Oh okay... Thanks :) Just was curious... Yeah, there are some spammers (not bad way still but just 'to post') that I don't want to ban (they make some clever posts time to time)
