For some reason, the active users features have apparently stopped accessing the language file, or possibly are just corrupting the results.

Here's an example of what shows on the "inc_active_users.asp" panel. The title has disappeared.

Here's the "admin_config_active_users.asp" panel.

I reran the dbs file, replaced the basic active users, the language, and the .js files, and verified that the line in "config.asp" is still correct, but nothing has changed.

Anyone have a clue?

I was having a similar problem to this just barely when installing that MOD too.

First off, which version of code did you put in the config.asp file (for the language at the end of the Readme)? The version 4.0b4+? Or the version 3.4? I had originally put in the 4.0b4+ one, but it would not run. So I put in the 3.4 one and it works. I would suggest to try the other one of whichever you put in to begin with.

Also, you installed the dbs file, but did you open the audbsetup file in your browser? If it works, it should come up with a message saying:

Update Complete

Return to Forum

Try running that audbsetup if the above does not work. Just browse to your forums and then delete whatever is after forum/ (or whatever you may have your forums named) and put in audbsetup.asp. Try that. When I failed to do that it had changed my whole admin home so it would only display the first two in the left column and then I had an error after that, so it could be that.

Try those and let us know.

I would suspect something server side. Have you tried a web site reset or restarting IIS?

I had already tried audbsetup, tried it again after re-running setup.asp, no change. Rebooted server, no change.

Have you tried replacing the problem files?

I just restored the last backup and the problem is gone. I have no clue what was causing it, though. Seven years of using Snitz and I have never seen anything like this one.
