Hi,

Some users pass the chech passowrd test and then suddenly get trown back to the principle page where they have to introduce agai the user + password..... They canīt get in, althought the program always says "LOGIN SUCCESFULLY".....

What did I do wrong with the setup????

Only happens if I log on using remote control (VPN) program.....

ANy help is welcome

Is the time/date/year set correctly on the computer you are using to login with ?

Is your browser you are using blocking the cookie for the forum ? Are the problem users using a firewall of any kind ?
