What is the function that automatically parses URLs and converts them to links? I'd like to duplicate that function to have it automoatically parse other URLs as well (to automatically insert JPGs, MP3s etc).

I think you will find it in the inc_func_common.asp file. Around line 912 is the Function ReplaceURLs(ByVal strToFormat).

If, by "automatically", you mean without the [url] tag then its the edit_hrefs function found at the very end of an unmodified inc_func_common.asp.
