I get an error message every time I try to go into the profile pop up page or any pop up page really.

This is the error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]ntext data cannot be sent to clients using DB-Library (such as ISQL) or ODBC version 3.7 or earlier.

Can someone tell me what it is?

you might try update the MDAC on the server:

That is what I was thinking too.

Great now it is time to go argue with the systems people about getting the server upgraded.
