I have a hidden forum set to Allowed Members List Hidden. If I create a web link for that forum no one can see it unless I add each of their names for it. Is their a way that if they are already added to the forum that they can already see the web link too? Right now, it looks like I have to manually add each of their names to the web link. Is this the way it is supposed to work?<

Yes. You could just include the weblink in the forum description.<

I was gonna suggest the User Groups mod to help manage your users but it seems to have disappeared ?
