The code seems to indicate that Admins are exempted from the PM Limit, but this doesn't seem to be working. There is this line in privatesend.asp:

If pmtotal < strPMLimit or mLev > 2 then
Response.Write ("<a href=""privatesend.asp?method=Topic"">" & getCurrentIcon ....

Anyone has an idea why this doen't work?<

if you want rule out the thought that an admin may have reached the post limit, then try this:

If (pmtotal < strPMLimit and mlev < 3) or mLev > 2 then<

Earlier I had the same issue. MaD2ko01 solved it for me in this thread:

http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?ARCHIVE=true&TOPIC_ID=66841

The solution was this:

find line 76 of privatesend.asp

should be

If pmtotal = strPMLimit or pmtotal > strPMLimit and mlev < 3 then

then replace that line with this

If (pmtotal = strPMLimit or pmtotal > strPMLimit) and mlev < 3 then<

I can see where you are right for what you are talking about, but Texanman is on or around line 159 of privatesend.asp where it isn't the issue of displaying a warning message regarding hitting the pm limit, but, rather, it is the issue of whether or not to give the user the option to be able to post via a link.<
