Hi,
After cleaning up the data base, I got this error trying to start up the forums.

"Server Error, The Application variables are not loaded"

What has I done wrong?

Thanks!
Tomas<

If you have applied the simpler fix for the app variables issue, I suggest that you apply the more complex one:

I have now implemented ruiribs suggestion and tryed to run setip.asp. The result was the same error message as above.

if you are getting the error you may have a connectivity problem to your database, that error should only appear if the forum is unable to load the application variables from the database<

You should be aware that you should have only one of the fixes, not both. So if you do have both, remove the first fix from the end of config.asp.

What database are you using? Access?<

Yes - I'm using Access, and I have just implemented the last fix in this topic.
