Im trying to setup a forum using the usergroups mod where several forums are invisible to guests and basic users. Seems to be working when the basic users log in, but guests can still see all of the forums.

I know to fix this problem I need to set the "allowed member list" to (hidden) but I'm not seeing where there is an option to do this. Is this something I need to modify in the code? Have been through all the admin menus and looked at all options on the individual forums but dont see where I can set this.

Sorry for the dumb question--thanks for the help.

Did you turn on "Private Forums" in "Feature Configuration"?<

May be Off Topic but I just want to confirm that I understand the answers/replies correct.

Snitz will allow me to have 2 or 3 Forums open (every body will be able to see it) and the rest private (You will have to logon to be able to see the discussions)
