Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time.

/v31sr4/inc_top.asp, line 335

No biggie, just seemed kinda weird.

Yes, but only if I've had the db open in access at the time.

In Access 97 anyway (not sure about A2K) you can get this error if you have a corrupted memo field. Fix by doing a compact/repair on the db. I don't know if the error propagates through ADO so no clue if this is related to your error.
