I have an active Snitz forum running at yourdiabeticcat.com/forum

I have setup a new site on a new server, I copied the website from the live server to the new server.

Now if I use a different URL I get errors when I attempt to post

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/forums/inc_mail.asp, line 317

Seems like the new server does not support the same email component as your old server. Just pick a different component.<

Yea I see it

Set objNewMail = Server.CreateObject("SoftArtisans.SMTPMail")

I never should have wasted your time.

Issue is I wanted to leave it running on both as I slide them over to troubleshoot etc. It is so weird that SA is selected. I thought CDONTS was selected back when I first set this up.

What would you say is the least troublesome method?

The new machine does not have that session close issue from another post of mine (active Users Lite) or if it does I can change the file since it is a VPS. Again sorry to waste your time.

Is that a Windows 2003 server, as well? If so, CDOSYS is included in every installation, so that maybe a common denominator to all your installs and if it works, you can just use it.<
