does TMPJ's Chat Mod work ok with the latest build of snitz, IVe seem to have done everything right, triple checked but when I click on chat I get an Initialization error.

If I remember correctly, the mod requires the global.asa file to be located within the root directory of the website (i.e.; inetpub\wwwroot) not in the forum directory. Did you put it in the right place?<

yes as stated in the correction page it states to put it in all 3 root/chat directory/forum<
