 making a pop-up window from the main page

Hey, i wanted to make a pop-window from the main page, but it only allows the url's to start with http://, so i can't use the javascript...

Actually, that is not true. Is there a specific javscript function in the in_top.asp that you are trying to utilize or are you making a new one? If you can be a bit more specific, I can help you, no problem.

if you just open the default.asp page, you will be able to just add the javascript wherever you want

I think what deh was referring to was when you create a link in a category. There is a check in post_info.asp to make sure that the link starts with http:// or https:// or file:///

deh,

what you'll need to do is just take out those checks.

If you want, you can e-mail me your post_info.asp file and I'll take them out for you.
