Even though they're hardcoded in I would still use the chkString function on the subject and the msg. Just to be safe.<

Doesn't make a real difference. If you don't add it you just have to make sure you don't use any illegal variables. Adding it just gives you some peace of mind.<

Need no. Nice to have so you don't have to worry about illegal characters yes. If it works and you don't plan on changing it, there is no need to put it in but it won't harm anything.<
