is it possible to use password protected access db? wat would be connection string -
strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 2000 using virtual path

All things being equal, you'll get far better protection by placing the database somewhere it can't be downloaded via a web browser.
