I'm not trying to get anyone excited here. At the same time I'm not trying to complicate things. All I wanted is when I post here for my fellow snitzers to see where I'm from what's wrong with that???!!

frankie - to be technical (according to me - which probably isn't technical to you) - it wasn't "officially" a country before that (being '48). and according to history, it was israel before palestine once more. the good ole flip-flop. also - quoting the bible will never make things easy since we all have different ones 
my REAL point - i think if there were many people from a dispusted place, they'd just e-mail the webmaster and ask him/her to include them. something like this is not always better discussed in public, certainly when there's a lot of controversy around it.
everyone should be proud of where they're from  (if they want to be)
now frankie - i'm not adding fuel to the fire, i didn't say that stuff to be political, just show you what other people could respond with in a public forum. on a subject like this, i think mike & gor & co. would just rather not see this as a post, but maybe in an e-mail. that's what i'd like from one of my posters.

Why I have to be subjected to a list to verify my claim? I think by now every soul in the universe heard about Palestine (I sure read something about it in the Bible). Prior to 1948 (Israel Decleration of Statehood) my parents were born in something called Palestine not in an occupied Palestinian territories.
