Just thought I would mention this to anyone who is interested and can qualify for this. But Microsoft is giving out free software to students.

I ended up getting Visual Studio 2008 Professional, Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard, and SQL 2005 Developer all for free. I think I will go back and download the Video Game stuff in case I ever want to go down that road but this is great go check it out.

I'm thinking the same thing. Too bad working for a university doesn't qualify.

Well there is a list their as well as you can put in your personal info and what college you goto and they will try and verify you. You can also verify yourself through mail. It may take a little longer but hey if it gets you the software its worth it.
