It would help if we knew what MOD you are using and if you just installed it or if it was working before...

If you have just installed this, you need to find the answer to modifichicci's question.

If the MOD was working before and this suddenly started, you need to contact your host and find out what just changed... and you still need to find the answer to modifichicci's question.

it coudl be the file hes trying to upload is to big? and its giving his upload failed message.

happened to me with large file uploads

looks like it is failing to create the fso object to me, large files would normally give a different error
