Thanks phy1729. You're good! I'll change all ftp passwords into number letter combos. I have couple of users of ftp so one or few of them had something easy to crack up. Thanks for the info. I very much appreciate it! SiSL - I'll check out the IIS Write permissions and see if something is up. I do have write active on a few directories that need it but not on the root directory. Thanks!
