Hi,

are there any MOD to move topic from a 3d to another 3d?
I mean that only the admin/moderato can do that...

Once more - with clarity... ... what do you mean when you say "3d"?

You can move a topic from one forum to another by editing the first post and changing the forum in the drop-down box. Admins can thus move any topic, and Moderators can move any topic that is in a forum they have the permissions to edit a topic.
