It appears that the index FORUM_CAT_ID on FORUM(CAT_ID) and FORUM_F_CAT on FORUM(CAT_ID) are identical. Can we remove one?

It appears that MODERATOR(MEMBER_ID) has two identical indexes on it: MEMBFORUM_MODERATOR and MODERATORS_MEMBER_ID

The TOTALS table appears to have an index on it. If this table really has one row can we remove the index?
