I'm embarrassed to admit how long I've been searching so please don't throw anything at me if the answer is right under my nose  (unless it's cake or choc  )
At the moment I have a few private forums whereby once a member has a certain number of posts they can ask me for access and I then grant it manually by adding their name to the list.
I'd like to set up an area where members with around 200 posts automatically gain access, without me having to do anything.
Through my searching (and there was lots of that) I've found these two topics:
THIS ONE made my heart sink because I think it's what I'm talking about but the reply was that it couldn't be done  but then I found THIS ONE that suggest it CAN be done  (I think Shaggy's comment at the end is what I need to do)
...but I need someone to walk me through it since I'm not good with stuff like this. Mummying I can do, techie stuff I can't
So, in 'post_info.asp', what's the check that Shaggy mentioned, is it an easy way of sorting this and will it work for a single forum (ie, can I name the forum as I want the other forums to remain as they are)? *fingers crossed*
