Set Admin Options->Email Server Configuration->Email Validation to On. Email Mode must be On too.

I'm also admiting that you have have chosen one of the available
email components and that you have information from your host on the email server address and have specified it in the same screen, as well as you have specified a valid admin email address (should likely be an email valid for your forum domain).

There are a few other things you can use in conjunction with E-mail validation that are outlined here: [link]

'Admin Options' should be displayed under the 'Logout' button/link

Still we haven't turned on the 'Email Mode' & the 'Email validation'. My team is in another city... they have no idea how to do these things, they r busy working on the website. So i need to phone them on monday or tuesday & give these instructions clearly. Plz help! Thanks!
I have more doubts:
  • We have 2 Admins, so both of them can make changes in the Admin options?
  • Can i have a screen shot of the Admin option page, i need to see how it looks once we click 'Admin Options'
  • I also need another screen shot, i need to see How the page looks once we click the Email Server Configuration

if you are an admin why do you need a screen shot, just look at it yourself ?

if you aren't an admin then why are you asking these questions ?

Setting admin options is no rocket science. Just tell the admin what the options he needs to set are and I'm sure he will be able to click 3 or 4 radio buttons and a few links. Otherwise I don't see how he can be an admin!
