As I am very new to Web programming with MS Visual Suite 2005, and attempting to teach myself that, I have run into an issue. Your software requires SQL (At least this is the Db I wish to use) and I believe I have SQL on my server. I am using MS Home Server as a platform for my website and forum. I will let you know I know zero about SQL other than I see the icon on the bottom tray when debugging or editing a website etc.

The question I have is there an installation manual for idiots such as myself that like to beat there heads against the monitor, other than the notes in the default.asp and config.asp file?

There is also a readme.html page that came in the forum directory you downloaded.

Outside of that you can try and use the search feature on here as many of the questions regarding the forum have been asked and answered here. If there is no answer always feel free to ask a question people here are very helpful especially with people trying to learn and progress in the coding world
