Is it available for the forum and if so (I hope so) how can I get it.......

I have a forum and I had the email option enabled and well all of a sudden it was viagra this and supplement that on the forum. Along with posts saying "testing email function" anyhow I called my provider --- go daddy --- and they suggested image verification.

Can you help
