export/import of topics ?

hi folks

is there any way to export topics from one forum and import them into another ?

example : i want to export this topic i just started here completely and import it into a snitz forum running locally on my computer. (create my own collection of interesting topics).

is there any way to do so ?

No, there is no way of doing that from the forum code, and have never heard of a MOD which did it either

Unless you changed the DB you'd have to have an identical userbase too wouldn't you? it doesn't store the name of the poster, it stores the ID...

as a suggestion, you could install a pdf printer driver and then use the 'printer freindly' option and then keep your collection as pdf files rather than as topics in a local forum
