Simply follow the instructions in the readme.txt provided in the zip file, shouldnt take you more than 1/2 hour (including upload) unless you have a slower connection.

Well, if you don't know you can use Microsoft SQL Server, or MySql at your ISP, you probably can't because for both you need a username and password that the provider gives you.
So then you need to use Access.
Does the ISP have a special directory for databases ? Brinkster i.e. has the db directory, if you use Frontpage to get access to the site, it probably is a directory called fpdb, any idea ? what provider are you using ?

As my site host i use warfactory.com
and my isp is mfi.net
