strConnString - I don't know what this is...

I believe I have set everything up correctly - but I am confused when I get to the actual installation of Snitz.
'strDBType = "sqlserver"
'strDBType = "access"
strDBType = "mysql"

strConnString = "driver=MySQL;server=db1072.perfora.net;uid=user id here;pwd=password here;database=database name" '## MySQL w/ MyODBC v2.50
(information missing is filled in in the config file)

I've gone and created a subdomain for the forum:
http://www.forum.deltaomicron-mu.org
I've created the database
I've uploaded the files from the sf2k_v34_06 folder to my FTP
And lastly I've linked the destination of the subdomain to that of the location on my FTP.

The part of the installation that I do not understand is this:
Open http://<yourservername>/<forumdirectoryname>/setup.asp in your browser.
Follow the instructions to create the forum tables in your database.
Does that mean I go to:
http://db1072.perfora.net/forum-deltaomicron-mu_org/setup.asp
or do I go to
http://forum.deltaomicron-mu.org/setup.asp
When I go to the second link (forum.etc etc) I find myself looking at the setup.asp file, as if I were looking at it in a text editor.
If I try to go to db1072... well, there is no such page.

I have only worked with installing WordPress before, so installing other things (like Snitz) is all very new to me.
