When I set Password protected, it will ask for password before entering topic.

But Use Member only with password, it will let anyone access like open topic.
same as member only.

I do have members selected, as member who is auth. to topic.
but other can access as well.

Member only with password should allow any members or anyone who knows the password to enter. Member only means all registered forum members will be able to access the forum. If you want just a few selected members to have access, you will need to set the Auth Type to one of the Allowed Members List options.
