If I just want to do a quick "instr" type check of every post before accepting it, where should I look to put the code?
I want to hardcode a quick filtering program by putting an instr loop to check through the users post quickly and rejecting it right away so they can fix it themselves.
Does it just need to go in one spot or? should I do it in js instead and put it in 'inc_code.js' ? any ideas?
why do you want to do this ? if it is to remove badwords, have you considered what would happen if someone posted a word which is not in your list, but you later decide is unacceptable ? with the current system, adding it to the badword list will remove it from display, but doing it the way you are asking will not.
