Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Modifichicci. 
In the future, though, if you find a site that you think may be violating the Snitz license, please contact a moderator or, preferably, an administrator directly as it can be difficult for the admins to get a civil response from webmasters if they think we are publicly bad-mouthing them here.
I'm going to move this discussion to the moderator's forum and let the powers that be follow it up (I'm sure they've seen this topic already).
