I would like to know how will I add this line in Policy.asp and please do explain it to me in detail.

if strProhibitNewMembers <> "1" or mlev = 4 then

Also please do let me know, should I change only this particular line? Or should I change a set of lines, from if to endif.

Thanks in Advance.

You will need to change that line and another similar one in register.asp. It should work once the two changes are done... but I haven't tested it.

Respected Sir,

I have made the changes in register.asp, policy.asp and also inc_header.asp. But all in vain. The register link comes but when I click on it, it says, Sorry, we are not accepting any new Members at this time.

Also explain it to me in detail as to what all are the lines, that I need to change, and should I do it in all the pages mentioned above?

Please do reply.

Well I just tested both changes in my local 3.4.06 test version and it does work. With 3.4.06, the first change is done in inc_policy.asp, not policy.asp.

You may be experiencing file caching, so I would advise you to force a refresh on the register.asp page and/or the policy.asp page.

Respected Sir,

Thanks for all the help. The links are working perfectly fine. Actually when it was written policy.asp, I did not know that inc_policy was also there.

Once againt thanks for all the help.

Yours Truly,
Ganesh.
