Hermes, I use WEBNG.com to host my forum. The link you posted has so may functions and not easy to use. The site statistic enables you to count the following: 1) pages viewed today 2) pages viewed for the month 3) pages viewed for the current year 4) Total pages viewed 5) pages viewed yesterday
6) visitors today 6) visitors for the month 7) visitors for the current year 8) Total visitor 10) Visitors yesterday
I just need a simple counter to count my page hit.
And one more question: Does any one here use WEBNG.com to host forum? I got a problem with database write permission.

In my experience, ISPs usually have only one directory that allows read/write permission to files. Because of this, I must have my forum's database in the 'db' directory. Check with your ISP to make sure you are using the correct directory.
Does your host support FrontPage extensions? If so, did you look at counter via FrontPage?
