I am doing a course where I have a paper in VB.net

Now, I dont know VB.net. I thought of doing and learning it if I take VB.Net paper.

But due to work load, cldnt.

My exams are near and I need to solve a problem.

With your(all members) kind permission can I post that question and can someone solve it ?
