 Remote Access Database using ASP problem

Sorry if Im becoming a pain but I know you guys have shed loads of experience!

I want to connect to REMOTE MDB which is on secured server.(https)

Any code to connect to secured server MDB will really help.

Searched google but nothing concrete found about secured server connectivity.

Also, can we :

1) Create a text file with connection string in the secured Server(3rd party)
2) Our asp code will read the text file which will be there in secured server.
3) Will conenct to database and check for something and return the status back.
