I am taking backup of my database using,

-- MySQL dump 9.11
-- ------------------------------------------------------
-- Server version 4.0.24-nt

but when I am restoring the backup the tables names are in small letter which should be caps.

so how I can control and what is the best backup and recovery practice.

Thanks
