The E-mail All User's mod will let you do that.
You can get it at Snitzbitz I think. Its also included in the 5-in-1 Snitz Expansion pack. . .with a modification to the User Agreement that states that they may receive non-advertising related email from the forum.
Make sure you know and understand the ramifications of sending unsolicited email.

1) Mod : "Invite a Friend".
2) Pop_tell_a_friend.asp
3) We use this to Invite One friend or may be few one by one .
4) I am looking forward to "Invite Friend(S)" where I can invite multiple friends at a time, may be BCC.
